‘New Word Alive’ is one of the largest student conferences in Europe, where 1000s of Christians from different denominations and church styles gather together to delve into God’s word with great Bible teaching. It is held during the Easter holidays, over 5 days in Pwllheli, North Wales, and is always a really great time to be equipped for how to live out the gospel in the student world.

A group from the CU have gone for the last few years, and we hope to go again in 2011!

Ben (our awesome ‘publicity and events’ guy!) was one of the group that went to NWA 2010… “For me, this was one of the best weeks of the year. The teaching is fantastic – it does what it says on the tin – it brings the Word to life! There are also lots of useful seminars and workshops and plenty of time to relax and get to know people in the CU better. It is also amazing value while you are a student.”

It’s sure to be a fantastic time to share with others from the CU – we’ll keep you posted!
